Place the item in its original John Atencio presentation box along with all laboratory grading reports and documentation provided at the time of purchase.
Label and Ship
Affix the provided insured shipping label to a new shipping box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you obtain a receipt for tracking.
Inspection and Refund
Once our master jewelers verify the item's condition, your refund will be processed to the original payment method or your exchange will be dispatched within 7 business days.
